Vision, Mission and Ethos  

This interactive class will explore and raise awareness of why values and ethos are important to leadership, where vision comes from, why it is important for leaders to have vision and what is the difference between vision and mission.

This class will enable delegates to:

• Know what effective vision and mission looks like. 
• Be aware of just how important values and ethos are. 
• Have opportunities to articulate their personal visions.

Cost:
The class costs £49 per person. If you are booking just for yourself, then the cost is £49.
