All organisations are experiencing a huge focus on their climate and culture. Climate is a way of describing what people feel about their team or organisation. Culture is about ingrained habits, often described as “the way we do things here.”
These are now more important than ever, with significant questions being asked; Do we live by our values? Do we care, support, and nurture each other?
The answer to these questions has a huge influence on staff motivation and loyalty. 

In this interactive class you will be able to:

• Be aware of just how important these are to sustaining long-term success. 
• Assess and reflect on your team or organisation, so you can identify what needs to be done to improve.
