Booking Terms

All bookings are CONDITIONAL until confirmed to you IN WRITING by Promoting Excellence Ltd (this will usually be by e-mail within 24 hours of your registration).

All classes require a sufficient number of delegates, in total, in order to run. Promoting Excellence reserves the right to cancel any class for which, in its sole opinion, there are insufficient delegates in total. In this eventuality, you may change to a different date and time or cancel your booking completely without charge (contact us to arrange this).

Other than as provided for above, charges may be payable if you cancel your booked class once it has been confirmed with you. Please read the booking terms carefully for full details.
